We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by a local guest. - **Age Requirement:** Guests must be **25 years or older** to book. - **Trip Insurance:** We highly recommend purchasing **trip cancellation/interruption insurance** to cover emergencies, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. **No refunds or exceptions** outside our stated cancellation policy will be granted unless there is a mandatory evacuation in the area. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. This is a lovely spot to feel at home and explore the amazing Fishtown neighborhood. Located on busy Girard Ave., the condo is designed for shutting out the world. It's tastefully designed and peaceful. I love the fact that you have a private parking spot with an automatic metal door. I also loved the rainwater showerhead, the w/d and the very comfortable beds. We walked to all kinds of shops, cafes and eateries even though it rained most of the weekend. Gabe always responded to my questions quickly. Highly recommend!

Gabriel’s place was absolutely beautiful and so thoughtfully designed! The location was perfect just a short walk to great restaurants, cozy cafés, and everything the city has to offer. The bed was sooo comfy. We had the best night’s sleep after a long 14-hour flight! We wish we could have stayed longer but we were just passing through. The apartment was spotless, and having parking was a huge plus. Definitely a 5⭐️ stay! We’re actually planning to book again on our way back. Highly recommend Gabriel’s place to anyone visiting Philadelphia!
