☆☆ HOW TO GET THERE ☆☆
Getting to your waterfront escape is simple and stress-free — whether you’re driving in for a weekend getaway or arriving from out of state for a full beach vacation. North Wildwood is easy to reach, yet it feels like a world away once you arrive.
🚗 By Car – Most guests drive in and park right out front! North Wildwood is conveniently located off the Garden State Parkway (Exit 6). From there, it’s a quick, scenic 10-minute drive across the bridge to Seaview Court. Free street parking is available right outside the home.
🚌 By Bus – NJ Transit offers direct service from Philadelphia, Atlantic City, and other nearby cities to Wildwood’s main terminal — just a short ride or quick Uber away from the property.
✈️ By Air – The nearest airports are Atlantic City International (45 minutes) and Philadelphia International (1 hour 45 minutes). Both offer easy rental car options or rideshare services directly to North Wildwood.
🚲 By Bike or On Foot – If you’re already on the island, getting around is a breeze. The area is safe and flat, perfect for biking or walking to the beach, boardwalk, and local restaurants.
🧭 Once You Arrive – Enter through the private lower-level entrance using your personalized digital code for easy, contactless check-in. Drop your bags, take a deep breath of ocean air, and you’re officially on shore time. From city streets to sandy feet, the journey here is part of the experience — and the destination is always worth it.
☀ Minimum age to book is 25 years old. PLEASE NOTE: A Valid Photo ID must be submitted by the guest to finalize the booking.
☀ Parking: There are plenty of parking spots right outside your door. They are first-come, first-served; however, we have never had any problem securing a parking spot.
☀ No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
☀ No Parties / Unauthorized Guests: No parties or unregistered guests are permitted. We reserve the right to terminate any booking without refund if parties or events occur. A $250 fine will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
☀ Trip Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, Covid-19 restrictions, etc. Refunds outside of our stated cancellation policy cannot be provided unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers, or visit the Insure My Trip website for options.
☀ COVID-19 Sanitization: Your health and safety are our priority. We follow a thorough cleaning process after each check-out to ensure a sanitized and comfortable space for every guest.
☀ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: When our schedule allows, we may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee. Please send us a request in advance so we can confirm availability with our cleaner.
☀We have $20 per night per guest fee after 2 guests.
House Rules
- No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected. -No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person if detected. -NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR GATHERINGS PLEASE -Please remove shoes -Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). -We use smart home technology to improve your experience. MINUT is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. MINUT is privacy compliant and is required on this property -If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately -You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. -We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. -Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay. -Please let us know if something needs our attention at check-in, or any time during your stay. If we don't know about it, we can't fix it! =)
