To the right of the living room you will see the well-appointed kitchen complete with quartz countertops, an island with live edge top for an additional eating area, stainless steel appliances, cabinets stocked with cooking and baking essentials, and built in laundry area with combination washer and dryer. Past the kitchen you can enter into the bedroom, equipped with queen size bed, closet space, comfy mattress and pillows, and wall mounted smart TV. Just outside the bedroom you will find the bathroom with tile floor, modern fixtures and spotless stand-up shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and clean, fluffy towels are provided! If we don't know about it, we can't fix it! =) Our home has been designed for a self-check-in process, our guests will be receiving the check-in instructions on the morning of their check-in date and a full welcome guide shortly after booking confirmation.

Just a short walk to the famed Pat's Steaks and Geno's Steaks for your cheesesteak cravings! - Close to Philadelphia's main train station, including Amtrak and other rail lines. Easily accessible by car or subway. - You can enjoy bike rides with Indego- Philly's Bike Share -Under 5 mins walk to the Tasker Morris Broad St Line subway station -Under 10 mins to stadiums -15 mins to PHL Airport
Transit
Our home is conveniently located to all ways of transportations: -Your closest subway stop to your stay is Tasker Morris station. It is only about a 5 minute walk from your door. The Broad St line subway will take you south (to sports stadiums and FDR Park) or North (towards City Hall and Center City and beyond). -If you feel like rolling around Philly on a bike, a great way to do so is to use Indego bike share. It's pretty simple- you can find a station nearby, rent your bike at the self service kiosk, and ride around until you would like to return the bike. You can return at any indego station, and there are a ton of them around town. The closest to is located at 1724 S. 12th St, right next to Barcelona Wine Bar, just a 3 minute walk from the house. -Philadelphia's main train station, including Amtrak and other rail lines. Easily accessible by car or subway.

For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest (TRUVI), the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property. 7)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 8)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days.
