Our home is conveniently located to all ways of transportation: -Extremely walkable- leave your car parked! -Uber and Lyft are easily accesible -Your closest subway stop to your stay is Tasker Morris station. It is only about a 5 minute walk from your door. The Broad St line subway will take you south (to sports stadiums and FDR Park) or North (towards City Hall and Center City and beyond). -If you feel like rolling around Philly on a bike, a great way to do so is to use Indego bike share. It's pretty simple- you can find a station nearby, rent your bike at the self service kiosk, and ride around until you would like to return the bike. -Philadelphia's main train station, including Amtrak and other rail lines. Easily accessible by car or subway.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Charming, bright, and spotlessly clean. Exactly as pictured. We loved our stay at this comfy and well equipped apartment. Everything you need for a long stay, in a great area with tons of shopping and transportation options. Gabe and Jon are great hosts, providing excellent instructions for everything. We easily found free street parking when needed. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment in East Passyunk! The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of a charming neighborhood with great restaurants, cafes, and little shops just around the corner. The apartment itself was clean, comfortably furnished, and just as described in the photos. The host was super friendly, easy to reach, and made check-in a breeze. I felt very much at home and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
