Reaching your Fairmount getaway couldn’t be easier! Whether you’re arriving from nearby or out of state, the neighborhood is centrally located and well-connected to all major routes and transportation hubs.
🚗 By Car: Easily accessible via I-76 (Schuylkill Expressway) and I-676 (Vine Street Expressway). The home is about 10 minutes from downtown Philadelphia and major city landmarks. Street parking in Fairmount is free (please check signs for time limits because the Parking Authority changes them on us often!), and several paid lots and garages are nearby — check the ParkWhiz app for the best options.
🚆 By Train: The property is just a 10-minute drive or short rideshare from 30th Street Station, Philadelphia’s main Amtrak hub with direct service to New York City, Washington D.C., and Boston. SEPTA’s Regional Rail and subway lines also make it easy to travel across the city.
✈️ By Air: The home is roughly 20 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) by car or rideshare. Taxi and rideshare pickups are simple and well-marked at the airport, and the Airport Line train runs directly to Center City for an easy, affordable ride.
🚌 By Bus: Megabus and Greyhound terminals are located near Center City, just a 10-minute drive away, offering budget-friendly regional travel options. We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia, have a Philadelphia-based ID, or a Philadelphia area code). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest.
☀ Minimum age to book is 25 years old. PLEASE NOTE: A Valid Photo ID must be submitted by the guest to finalize the booking. We have a $20 per guest per night fee after 2 guests.
☀ Parking: Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check all posted signs carefully, as regulations may change, and the Philadelphia Parking Authority switches the rules often! For another guaranteed option, nearby paid lots and garages can be reserved in advance at websites like ParkWhiz.
☀ No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
☀ No Parties / Unauthorized Guests: No parties or unregistered guests are permitted. We reserve the right to terminate any booking without refund if parties or events occur. A $250 fine will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
☀ Trip Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, Covid-19 restrictions, etc. Refunds outside of our stated cancellation policy cannot be provided unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers, or visit the Insure My Trip website for options.
☀ COVID-19 Sanitization: Your health and safety are our priority. We follow a thorough cleaning process after each check-out to ensure a sanitized and comfortable space for every guest.
☀ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: When our schedule allows, we may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee. Please send us a request in advance so we can confirm availability with our cleaner

3)WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCAL GUESTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF PHILADELPHIA OR HAVE A LOCAL AREA CODE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH PARTIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS.
4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected.

NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels
throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances
without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is
required on this property
If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines.
Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property.
7)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
8)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
9)Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.
