☀ No Parties / Unauthorized Guests: No parties or unregistered guests are permitted. We reserve the right to terminate any booking without refund if parties or events occur. A $250 fine will be charged for each unauthorized guest.

☀ We have a $20 per guest/ per night fee after the first 2 guests.

☀ Parking: You will have a one car parking spot at the rear of your unit. Additionally, street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. ☀ Trip Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, Covid-19 restrictions, etc. Refunds outside of our stated cancellation policy cannot be provided unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. ☀ No package deliveries to our unit- We're sorry but due to insurance restrictions, we cannot allow guests to have packages or mail delivered to our unit. Please use nearby Amazon pick up points for deliveries.

Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property.

7)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

8)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

9)Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.
