☀ By Car: Conveniently located near I-95, making it easy to drive in and out of the city. Street parking is first-come, first-served, with nearby paid lots and garages available for guaranteed spots (reserve through Park Whiz)
☀ By Train: From 30th Street Station (Philadelphia’s Amtrak hub), it’s about a 10-minute drive or ~45-minute walk. The station connects directly to NYC, DC, Boston, and beyond.
☀ By Subway: The Girard Station on the Market-Frankford Line is just a 2-minute walk from the house. This line takes you directly into Center City, Old City, and University City.
☀ By Air: Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is about a 20-25 minute drive, or guests can take the Airport Line train to Jefferson Station and transfer to the Market-Frankford Line.
☀ By Bike/On Foot: Northern Liberties and Fishtown are among the city’s most walkable neighborhoods. Philly’s Indego bike share stations are nearby for exploring further without a car.

Parking is street parking, first-come, first-served. Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated parking spot. Your closest street parking options will be West Girard Ave, North Howard St., and North Hancock St. Please be sure to check parking signs as the Philadelphia Parking Authority changes them often! We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia, have a Philadelphia-based ID, or a Philadelphia area code). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest.
☀ Parking: Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please check all posted signs carefully, as regulations may change, and the Philadelphia Parking Authority switches the rules often! For another guaranteed option, nearby paid lots and garages can be reserved in advance at websites like ParkWhiz.
☀ No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
☀ No Parties / Unauthorized Guests: No parties or unregistered guests are permitted. We reserve the right to terminate any booking without refund if parties or events occur. A $250 fine will be charged for each unauthorized guest.
☀ Trip Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, Covid-19 restrictions, etc. Refunds outside of our stated cancellation policy cannot be provided unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers, or visit the Insure My Trip website for options.
☀ COVID-19 Sanitization: Your health and safety are our priority. We follow a thorough cleaning process after each check-out to ensure a sanitized and comfortable space for every guest.
☀ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: When our schedule allows, we may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee. Please send us a request in advance so we can confirm availability with our cleaner.
House Rules
1) Primary guest's minimum age should be 25 years old, or older.
2) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected.
3)WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCAL GUESTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF PHILADELPHIA OR HAVE A LOCAL AREA CODE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH PARTIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS.
4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected.

throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances
without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is
required on this property
If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines.
Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property.
7)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
8)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
9)Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.
10)Please let us know if something needs our attention at check-in, or any time during your stay.

11)This is pet friendly property. We have a $20 per pet per night fee.
