Welcome to our FURNISHED apartment in East Passyunk, South Philadelphia. Steps away from some of the best bars, restaurants, shopping, and parks in the City. 

Walk into the bright and airy first floor unit and notice the trendy and luxury decor and furniture set up in the living room area, featuring a pull out sleeper couch, swivel chair, coffee table, wallpaper accent wall, and 65" wall mounted Roku TV. The living room is a perfect spot to cozy up on the couch at night with a book or catch up on your favorite shows.

Just past the living room we have our eat in kitchen with nice island with breakfast bar and stools, 2 tone designer kitchen cabinets with plenty of storage space, charcoal leather quartz countertops, custom tile backsplash, matte black fixtures and finishes, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, and fully stocked with dinnerware, cook and bakeware, blender, and many many more essentials for your stay. 

Off the kitchen is a conveniently located powder room so guests do not have to use the ensuite bathroom.

To the left of the powder room you can step outside the back door into the amazing backyard space with a bright deck featuring sitting area, dining table, charcoal grill, and storage area. String lights set the perfect mood for a meal or cocktail under the stars with friends!

Back inside and into the bedroom area you will find a cozy queen size bed with side lamps and a custom wallpaper backdrop. An ensuite bathroom is just steps away, with a spacious full size tub, custom tile surround, gleaming chrome fixtures with LED backlit mirror (great for makeup), extra storage, and fluffy towels are also provided for your convenience. Also located in the bathroom area is your stackable washer and dryer. There is a nice closet in the bedroom for more storage, as well as a dresser for you to unpack and enjoy your stay. Also provided is a workstation with desk and chair in the bedroom. For your sleepy nights at home there is also a wall mounted Roku Smart TV in the bedroom. FAST Verizon Fios wifi is also included in the rent!

Our home is conveniently located to all ways of transportation:

-Extremely walkable- leave your car parked!  

-Uber and Lyft are easily accesible

-Your closest subway stop to your stay is Tasker Morris station. It is only about a 5 minute walk from your door.  The Broad St line subway will take you south (to sports stadiums and FDR Park) or North (towards City Hall and Center City and beyond). 

-If you feel like rolling around Philly on a bike, a great way to do so is to use Indego bike share.  It's pretty simple- you can find a station nearby, rent your bike at the self service kiosk, and ride around until you would like to return the bike.

-Philadelphia's main train station, including Amtrak and other rail lines.  Easily accessible by car or subway.

We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by local guests.

It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.

We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest(TRUVI), the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking .

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking only if check-in date is at least 14 days in advance. No refunds bookings Cancelled with in 14 days before check-in.

2) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected.

3)WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCAL GUESTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF PHILADELPHIA OR HAVE A LOCAL AREA CODE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH PARTIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS.

4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected.

6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels).

If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines.

Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property.

7)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

8)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
