☀ The guest that is booking, must be staying- no booking for other people or groups is allowed.
☀ A signed rental agreement and damage waiver payment ($20 minimum) is required prior to finalizing booking.
☀ No Smoking: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $500 fine will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
☀ No Parties / Unauthorized Guests: No parties or unregistered guests are permitted. We reserve the right to terminate any booking without refund if parties or events occur. A $250 fine will be charged for each unauthorized guest. ☀ We have a $20 per guest/ per night fee after the first 2 guests.
☀ Trip Insurance: We highly recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergencies, bad weather, Covid-19 restrictions, etc. Refunds outside of our stated cancellation policy cannot be provided unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. ☀ No package deliveries to our unit- We're sorry but due to insurance restrictions, we cannot allow guests to have packages or mail delivered to our unit. Please use nearby Amazon pick up points for deliveries.
☀ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: When our schedule allows, we may be able to offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee. Please send us a request in advance so we can confirm availability with our cleaner.
☀ Parking: You will have a dedicated parking spot at the rear of your unit. Additionally, street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS.
4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected.
5)Please remove shoes
6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels).

NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels
throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances
without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is
required on this property
If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines.
Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property.
7)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
8)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
9)Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner.
10)Please let us know if something needs our attention at check-in, or any time during your stay.

Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking only if check-in date is at least 14 days in advance. No refunds bookings Cancelled with in 14 days before check-in.
