Step in through our front door on Corinthian Avenue into our sun drenched enclosed front porch- perfect for morning coffee! Step through the porch into the living room area featuring sleeper sofa, modern decor, and 65 inch Roku Smart tv. Past the living room you will see our dining area, which is a great setting for you and your family and friends to enjoy a home cooked meal from our kitchen. Flowing through the open concept first floor of the home past the dining room into our kitchen, you will find custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and plenty of cookware, silverware, and cooking essentials for you to enjoy a relaxing dinner at home. Step through our kitchen and into our mudroom at the rear of the house which also is perfect for a work desk set up, which is provided. The laundry area is also conveniently located here, as well as a powder room for your comfort. After the mudroom you can step out into our spacious private patio, complete with charcoal grill, nice sitting area, and string lights for night time ambiance. Returning inside and through the kitchen walk down the basement stairs into our game room and tv area- great for kids and complete with TV, foosball, arcade games and board games! A cozy spot to spend time with your family. Continuing back upstairs to the second floor, you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. The back bedroom houses a comfy full size mattress, great closet space, and wall mounted smart TV. You can walk down the hallway and pass the hallway bathroom with beautiful marble tile, tub and shower combo, luxury fixtures, bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner provided. As you walk further toward the front of the house you will see the middle bedroom with full size bed, Roku smart tv, and sitting area. Exiting the middle bedroom and walking to the right, you will hit the master bedroom, perfect for couples with a comfortable queen size memory foam mattress sitting area, plenty of closet space, and gorgeous en-suite bathroom with huge walk in shower, modern tile work, and designer fixtures. Of course, bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided! Great neighborhood, very walkable, and the place itself was lovely. What really made it stand out to us as a family with young children was all the amenities available for kids like the stair gate, high chair, pack and play, books, etc. it really saved us a ton of packing. Hosts were very responsive and responded to all questions and concerns immediately, and also reached out multiple times throughout the stay to make sure we were doing OK. Check in is simple and fast- You will receive a unique entry door code in your check in instructions. Entire space is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. But please remember that you are in a residential area, so please be respectful to our neighbors. We have prepared our home with a game room with: -Board games and playing cards are stored in the finished basement area on the coffee table. -We also have a Pac- Man arcade game for you to try your luck on! Feel at home outside in our spacious backyard with the table and chairs set up!

We are just a call, message or text message away! Please let us know if anything needs our attention at check-in or any time during your stay. If we don't know about it, we can't fix it! =) Our home has been designed for a self-check-in process, our guests will be receiving the check-in instructions on the morning of their check-in date and a full welcome guide shortly after booking confirmation.

Walk to the Art museum & historic penitentiary from our Fairmount district home! - 1 block from eastern State Penitentiary Historic tours. - 5 blocks from Art Museum. - 4 blocks from Barnes Museum - Walk downtown to City Hall & Convention Center-1/2 mile. - 5 blocks from Benjamin Franklin institute!!
Transit
Parking at 833 Corinthian Ave is free street parking which is first come, first served. On our block, the 800 block of Corinthian Ave, there are no parking restrictions or permit parking areas, so you are free to park there and leave your car for however long you'd like. In our welcome guide, there is a map of the surrounding blocks along with instructions and helpful info about the parking. We provide our parking recommendations as a starting point for those who have not visited the city, but please know that unfortunately we can't guarantee a spot. Please be sure to check all parking signs closely because they change often. This is just a suggestion as we want to make sure we make your trip as easy as possible! For tourists the hop-on, hop-off stop is two blocks away! Our location is very walkable & convenient! Close public transportation options: -30th St Train Station: Philadelphia's main train station, including Amtrak and other rail lines. Easily accessible by car or subway. -Indego- Philly's Bike Share -Septa Public Transportation Parking at 833 Corinthian Ave is free street parking which is first come, first served.

Also, due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by local guests. Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Pre-approved late check-out (up until noon only) is $50; please send us a request at least 2 hours before your check-out time so we can check our availability and notify our cleaner. We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest(TRUVI), the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit of $500.00 or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. of $35.00 We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking ★CANCELLATION POLICY★ Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking only if check-in date is at least 14 days in advance. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property. 7)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 8)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
