Welcome to our home! Sitting in the Northern Liberties Neighborhood of Philadelphia, and just steps from Fishtown, you will have everything you'll need just a very short walk from the house- great bars and restaurants, shopping, easy access to public transportation, night life, and great shopping. Step in through the front door and notice the bright, open concept of the airy living room area, complete with a sleeper couch, 2 chairs, coffee table and 65 inch Roku Smart TV. Moving toward the back of the house you will see the dining area and also the kitchen including designer tile backsplash, custom cabinets, quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen, you can walk out the back door to your private backyard sitting area with a small table and chairs, over head string lights and charcoal grill- a perfect spot for your morning Coffee. Walk upstairs and you will find the hallway full bathroom, featuring gorgeous modern tile work, fluffy towels, tub and shower combo, and provided shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash. To the right of the bathroom you can walk into the back bedroom with luxurious KING size bed, wall mounted Roku Smart TV, extra blankets and pillows, and nice closet space. On the left of the bathroom you will see the sunny front bedroom with 2 full size beds, nice Roku wall mounted smart TV, full size closet, and other creature comforts. Finally, you can walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor primary suite, boasting a comfy queen size bed and mattress, sitting area, wall mounted roku smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with stand up shower, trendy fixtures and tilework, and shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash provided. The laundry area with washer and dryer are in the basement with included detergent, in case you would like to do laundry during your stay with us. The kitchen will come fully stocked with: -Silverware, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, wine glasses, cookware, utensils, and some baking supplies. -Basic appliances: Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge, Toaster & Microwave, Washer & Dryer. -There is a drip coffee maker on site in the kitchen with complimentary coffee for our guests to enjoy, along with sweetener and creamer. -There is a blender located in the kitchen cabinets if you would like to make smoothies or other blended drinks. We understand the importance of a comfortable and safe stay for families with young children. Pricing: Depending on the date, the rate goes from $5-$15 for a period of 3-10 hours. For a full 24Hrs, the rate is $25.00 a day. Please know that they update the rates frequently, so this rate might be slightly higher. It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking.
