The Airbnb was a great value for the price. The bedrooms were very nice, and while the main living space would be a little tight for four adults, it’s easy to accept given the price point. The interior was clean and well-decorated, the location was very central, and having private parking was a huge bonus that’s almost unheard of in this area. The only downside is that the property is about 50 feet from Front Street. Most of the time this probably isn’t an issue, but during our stay there was a block party that was so loud it even set off the host’s noise sensor. It did end at 10pm, but it was tough to manage with a toddler. Overall, we would recommend this Airbnb. It’s a great option for travelers who want to enjoy the bars and nightlife, but if you’re traveling with kids or are sensitive to noise, it may be worth checking with the host to see if any events are scheduled during your stay.

The apartment was exactly as described and the photos were just like the place in person. It was nicely decorated and provided the essentials. The location had lots of restaurant options and was within a 1 to 1 and 1/2 miles walk from many locations that out of towners would visit. The parking was a definite plus since parking is notoriously bad in Philadelphia. A walk to the waterfront took about 30 minutes for us. We checked out 1 night early because of the outside noise. If you are a light or moderately light sleeper you will not get any rest. We were in the front bedroom and our daughter in the rear bedroom. We all had to sleep in the back room to get rest on the first night and decided it was not worth it to stay another night. I would suggest that the host invest in triple pane windows, at least in the front and side of the apartment, to make it more comfortable for guests. We also found several strands of hair and a few small stains on the sheets.

Beautiful, modern space in a trendy neighborhood with lots of great restaurants and dessert shops all within a short walking distance! The apartment is immaculate with lovely furnishings and well equipped with all that one needs for a “home away from home stay”. Parking in Philly can be tough (and expensive) so having a private, gated garage included with our stay was amazing! Just a quick drive to all of the major attractions like Reading Terminal Market and the museums! The train is across the street, so you can easily ditch the car to get around! Gabe was an extremely responsive and welcoming host. We will definitely stay again!

Place was amazing - my family and I had a wonderful stay here. Like others have also mentioned, the gated parking spot was a huge plus. The street leading to the garage is a little narrow, but we were able to manage easily. The part of the neighborhood is not the best, but that didnt bother us at all. Home was clean, well stocked with amenities, and looked exactly like the pictures. Bed was also super comfortable and Gabe was always responsive!

Definitely will book this beautiful home again. I will say we truly enjoy the stores and restaurants within walking distance. The location is right near the train station but no worry because there wasn’t any interruptions by the noise whatsoever. Parking was a challenge trying to get in and out due to the small alley street so it’s great for a small or intermediate vehicle. The area of the home is being cleaned up so you will see all walks of life but we felt very safe and had a great stay. Pictures looks exactly like shown but does breathtaking in person.
