Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. The condo was absolutely beautiful! this is a really fun place with all the arcade games and the decor! I would be extremely mindful your volume in the condo. there is a decibel reader that alerts Gabe and John if you get too loud. that part was a little bit frustrating because I'm a loud laugher. The parking is also incredibly difficult. If you can find street parking, It cannot be between the hours of 2:00 p.m. To 2:00 a.m.. or you will definitely get a ticket. so you have to go way down the street to find some other parking. and there is no public parking nearby so you might have to circle around the neighborhood a few times until you can find a place. overall i thought the place was beautiful and there are great places to walk within 20 minutes But there are other parts of Philly that are outside of walking distance.

I booked Gabriel's place for my family of 5 as our base for exploring Philly and hanging out for a long weekend. It worked out fine. On the positive side, we liked the proximity to Old City as well as the riverfront. We parked are car down the street a ways but just walked everywhere. It was nice to have a full kitchen and the space on the lower level for movie night. For the price point I found the sleeping arrangements less than ideal. It's a little hard to describe - probably a visual of the floor plan is needed to convey it, but there is one bedroom at the back of the unit that was nice for my wife and me. Then there's a kind of anteroom with another bed and full bath that worked well for my oldest. It was a bit trickier for my other kids who set up on couches. The living room on the main level was too bright because of the light on the porch and the lower level was a bit noisy due to the HVAC fan and the adjacent kitchen. We made it work, though. Overall liked the space.

Gabriel’s home was very nice. The location was so perfect and close to the downtown area and the waterfront was walkable. The place looked exactly like the pictures. It was bright and vibrant. The only minor issue was parking. Gabriel warned us about the parking signs. However, I didn’t expect so little parking. The first couple of days worked out and parking was less than a block away. However, Friday night was a challenge because everyone that parties on the waterfront parks in this neighborhood. I ended up finding a parking about 2 blocks away and the lot was monitored, so it worked out well. The home and location were so close to the downtown area, that I would definitely come back. Also Gabriel was extremely responsive to all of my questions even the late night ones.

Overall we had a great experience. We did have a little one and with it having stairs and promoting that it has baby equipment, I would've expected there to be some gate to also ensure safety for the little ones, but we were able to manage by just blocking it off with a chair. Location was good, not too far from major attractions, 8-15mins. Parking is on the street so sometimes it was full and we had to keep circling around until we found parking, but pretty typical in the city. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay.
