Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. We feel so fortunate to have found Gabriel’s place. It’s an easy walk to all the Old City sights and walkable or a bus or Phlash ride away to everything else. The place has so much to keep you occupied with arcade games that brought back great memories. Gabriel gives a very complete introduction to the place and responded right away. We loved our stay!

My daughter and I came to Philadelphia for the first time to run at New Balance Nationals. We wanted to find a place that gave us the chance to explore the city while still maintaining a quiet relax atmosphere. It was important that we were well rested and ready for her races at U PENN. I am happy to report that the stay reached all of our expectations. We explored the historic sites and were able to come back to the airbnb to relax, eat and sleep. We were so happy with our choice in our stay. My daughter was able to win the 5000. We drove away from Philadelphia excited about the experience, and ready to come back for another great stay.

Gabriel’s place was very well appointed and matched the descriptions and photos. He was proactive and responsive with all communications. The building was recently remodeled and has new appliances, lighting, and furnishings. There were many features and amenities. It was a friendly and welcoming environment for a small family. There were Roku TVs in each room which was a big plus for our kids. We got lucky with some street parking and if we hadn’t would have paid quite a bit per day to park in the closest garage. The HVAC unit did a good job cooling the main floor and basement, but there is only one thermostat which was located jn the basement and it was quite loud when it was running. Not a major issue for us. It’s a bit of a walk to most of the sites some might want to see, but it was great to be so close to the river. We didn’t mind the walk.

The house was super cute and pristine cleanliness!! It was a perfect setup for us in town for the NCAA lacrosse championship, with a great setup for us and our two girls. The arcade games added a hint of fun for the kids when in the house, and the keyless entry made accessibility a breeze. Would definitely stay there again if we returned!

We stayed for 2 nights in this lovely home. This house surpassed our expectations. What you see in the pictures is what you get which is not always the case. The house is spotless and the location is great. Gabriel is a truly a wonderful host. He communicated with us every step of the way. I would gladly stay here the next time I am in Philadelphia.
