Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock. Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. Great location and the host was very responsible. Even when we had a couple of small snags in the beginning, he more than made up for it. Very beautiful, bright and sunny place. Comfortable stay. Although do we heard that parking is difficult we were able to manage.

We were very comfortable at Gabriel’s place. We were traveling with our 9 month old son and having the pack and play, high chair and baby bath made the experience so much easier. The dishwasher and laundry were also really helpful. The bed is comfy and everything was very clean. I would recommend Gabriel’s place to others, especially if you have a baby or toddler.

My partner, 10-month old baby, and myself enjoyed our stay. We really appreciated the amenities provided for babies - we used the gate, high chair, and pack-and-play. Given the parking situation, would recommend a garage or lot with in-and-out privileges so it’s easier to get around the city. The place was clean and spacious; just as advertised!

We LOVED staying here! The bed was so comfy! The place was clean and exactly as described! Only problem was the parking but we got it figured out! Beware the street parking signs. That had nothing to do with the wonderful hosts. They were responsive, answered my questions and their place made us feel right at home! Would strongly recommend and will be staying here again next time we get to Philly!

We stayed here during off-season (late March) so the price was incredibly low ($100/night). For this price and how clean and comfortable the apartment was, it was worth compromising on the location not being as great. It is walking distance from Old City, but there is construction happening on the street and the walk to Old City isn't scenic. We stayed over a weekend, and the construction was not loud. The bed is super comfortable! If you are looking for an affordable, clean, renovated place to stay that is only slightly less convenient, I highly recommend this apartment!
