Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. I stayed at Gabriel’s place for Super Bowl weekend and I’d definitely return for my next Philly visit! It was beautiful just like the pictures. I loved the decor, the fire, and the sky lights. The host provided lots of amenities like a coffee maker, water pitcher, a few games, and extra linens. The only drawbacks was the parking situation. The listing reports free parking, which is true but misleading. There is free street parking (not reserved) for 1-2 hours at a time. We weren’t always able to find parking without a little walk to the house. Nonetheless, we very much enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Loved our stay! Even despite nearby construction, we found the apartment and location to be quiet and pretty private for a city place, which was perfect for traveling with an infant. There were tons of baby-friendly amenities that helped us pack lighter too, including a travel crib. The apartment was very clean and smelled fresh upon walking in. We were able to find parking nearby, left our car and could easily walk to several coffee spots and restaurants with no issue throughout the weekend. Definitely recommend.

Gabriel’s place was perfect. Everything was clean, looked just like the pictures. Big spacious bed. It actually is bigger than what the pictures show. Super spacious condo. No issues finding parking outside which is a huge plus for us. Would highly recommend. Gabriel’s place is now one of our top spots to stay when we come to Philly!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Gabriel’s place for the weekend and it was the perfect getaway. Very easy to find and access. There is lots of restaurants and bars in walking distance with beautiful views. The photos completely matched the apartment! Host was very responsive and helpful with recommendations and anything that we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

Gabriel’s place was perfect for my stop through Philly. Awesome location close to lots of restaurant choices. Parking was easy. The condo was spotless and quiet, with a very comfy bed and pillows. Will definitely book again.

The space is very pretty and well decorated. Unfortunately, the furniture is very hard and uncomfortable; also the bed is very low. The foam mattress was uncomfortable to me and my partner. The natural light of the living room and bathroom ceilings was too much and couldn’t be adjusted, but it’s great for someone who loves bright light all of the time. Also the water in the bathroom gets really hot, really fast, so just be careful. We had issues with hot water issues with the shower, but it worked out after a while. Also the floor in the shower felt like it might break at times, and the shower drain broke. I think this bnb is a great option for someone on the go. The area was quiet and peaceful, as well.
