Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest. It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. We stayed at Gabriel's for a long weekend in Philadelphia to visit our daughter who lives in Old City. Gabriel's home was walkable to Old City and close to a bus route when we ventured further out. The property was immaculate and well stocked with high quality linens. We were not traveling with infants or children but we noticed all the items tucked away in closets that would have made it helpful if we had little ones with us. I appreciated all the mirrors in the home both full length, make-up, and most of all the illuminated one in the bathroom. Gabriel's communication was stellar. It was welcoming, timely, responsive and very complete.

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Convenient, and Excellent Communication! I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it easy to explore the area. Great place that was clean and well appointed. Very clear checkin instructions. And very responsive host. Walkable to Old City and a SEPTA station nearby to go further afield. The rooftop looked amazing for the warmer months. Would rent again!

Wonderful stay! Beds are comfortable, space is super clean, parking is a huge plus. We stayed as a family of 5. The space worked well. Gabe was very responsive and always quick to respond to any questions.
