Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. We were very happy with our stay. The space was clean, well appointed, and exactly as shown in the listing. The location is in close proximity to lots to see, do, and eat in Old City and No Libs. Additionally, the minor questions that did come up during our stay were quickly addressed by the hosts. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future.

This is a very nicely updated walk-up flat that has a pleasant river-view deck and is within (long) walking distance to downtown and the convention center. We enjoyed being both close and far from the bustle and found the place to very comfortable while at a conference at the convention center.

Absolutely gorgeous air bnb. Wonderful location, safe area. Only a block or two from Morgan’s pier. The place was clean, and so so pretty inside. We loved everything. Just note that the hosts say the neighbors like it quiet and they mean it. We had multiple messages about noise and we truly didn’t think we were being very loud. We sang happy birthday and even that set off the noise sensor. This may not be the location for you if you are celebrating or just want music on.

Had a great stay at Gabriel’s place. It was perfect for our quick getaway to see a concert at Citizens Bank park. Just a short Uber to and from allowed us to enjoy the show worry free and come home to a great setup . The Rooftop lounge area was a fantastic spot to close the night . The house was SUPER clean and had great amenities. They have paid attention to all the little things that make a stay comfortable. Water bottles and snacks were much appreciated after a night of too many alcoholic beverages at the show. The bathroom shower had me feeling like I was at a spa. Hope to come back again in the near future . Thanks for a sharing your home with us !

Love, love, love this place! I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Definitely planning to book again with Gabriel. They were super responsive and the house was beautifully and creatively decorated. I will be taking ideas for my own living space from them:) excellent stay.
