Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Lovely apartment. TV in every room. Washer, dryer, microwave and oven; excellent. Walkable to the town via the river front or 2nd street. Supermarkets in Northern Liberty - AMCE. Roof terrace overlooking the river and bridge. Gabriel was extremely responsive 10/10.

Used this rental as home base while I had 4 kids ages 9-11 at a day camp on the UPenn Campus. It was perfect and has everything we needed- even perfect little Tupperware containers for the lunches we packed each day. Highly recommend!

Good spot near Philly's waterfront (I enjoyed jogging on the waterfront and the kids loved Dave and Buster right down the street. For city parking, it wasn't too difficult, though it takes some awareness and effort to park on the street. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the nintendo system. My wife worked from the apartment with perfect internet. The beds were nice and our family of four had plenty of room. The roof access was cool and we enjoyed it at all hours of the day. The bathroom/shower was very updated. I would stay in this place and with these hosts again on my next trip to see my Phillies!

Our family of 5 stayed here on the last part of our family vacation and the place was nice and clean. We had a small issue the first night and Gabriel fixed it promptly. Very great communicators. We enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed having a great place to rest and relax in between sight-seeing, dining out and catching a Phillies game. The rooftop deck was a really nice bonus area for sipping coffee, reading a book, or having a cold drink at the end of a long day. We were very happy with our experience and would book again with Gabe and Jon in the future.

Can't say enough about this place. Fantastic location near plenty of great restaurants, the waterfront, bike path and more. Short walk to all of the sight seeing that the Old City has to offer. Gabe was a fantastic host and we would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you!
