Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. The house was perfect for me and my two children. They have thought of everything when it comes to having a toddler in the house. House was clean and well stocked! Walking distance to waterfront restaurants was a plus. The only issue I had was its a bit loud in the back room at night since it’s so close to the highway but that was made clear before we booked this reservation. I’d suggest a bringing a noise machine to help drown out the noises.

Gabe and Jon’s place was a home away from home. It was easy to locate and having off-street parking in Philadelphia is a huge bonus. They are located right in Olde City, close enough to everything while still being in a private little area. The apartment was very clean and stocked well with anything you need. They communicated quickly whenever I needed, which was not often. I highly recommend staying with Gabe and Jon, they are wonderful hosts.

Absolutely amazing place for a 2 day getaway with friends! Beds were really comfortable. Great layout to hang out for a bunch of adults. Will definitely stay here again of we come back through Philly!

We had a great stay with our two kids. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and the space was very cute and comfortable. Plenty of towels and loved the board games. It rained both nights but the rooftop deck was a cool amenity. Gabriel sent plenty of helpful information about not only the rental but the area ahead of time which was much appreciated. The only issue we had was that somebody parked in our designated parking spot late on our last night so we had to park on the street and my husband had to wake up at 7:45 AM to move our car before check out. Definitely not Gabriel‘s fault and he was extremely responsive and trying to fix the situation. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

This place was extra special! Great location, close to everything with a river view (from the rooftop patio). The home was immaculate, with smart design elements, plenty of comfortable spaces to relax and dine, big fluffy towels and everything you need to actually cook food in the kitchen. We loved all of the thoughtful touches. The layout allows for late night folks and early to bed folks to co-exist in the same space. And the dedicated parking space was a huge bonus. Our host was simply the best! Clear and helpful communication. We had a minor accident in the space. When we reached out to Gabe, he was thoughtful and cheerfully helped us navigate resolving the issue. We come to Philly each year, and would definitely stay here again, without question.

The Como House House
Words cannot even describe this home. It was absolutely beautiful and looked exactly how the pictures online looked. My family and I are here for a business trip and the home had everything we could want in a home. When I arrived, we noticed we had forgotten our laundry soap ( at this point we had been traveling for over a week) and Gabriel’s came fully stocked. The layout of the home is simply amazing especially if you have children and want just enough separation and peace and quite. The home is in a very quite neighborhood with many restaurant options and walking paths. This was my first time driving in Philly and I was very shocked how it was not conjested although we left during rush hour. Overall we are pleased to have chosen this home would highly recommend.
