Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. My group enjoyed our stay. Gabriel’s place was clean, tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay in Philly. The living room was cozy, kitchen was well equipped, and the bedrooms were comfortable creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere. Glad parking was included. The complimentary snacks and roof top was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Gabe place was excellent! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed and more! When we return to Philly we will definitely rent from Gabe again if available. The rooftop was the icing on the cake! Thank you for being responsive when needed.

Jon & Gabriel’s was just what we were looking for. Their place was spotless, spacious, and very well decorated. Their instructions were clear and we appreciated the video link to find the entrance and parking.

I highly recommend this place! It was spotless when we arrived. And everything was as advertised. Comfortable and welcoming and perfect for our purposes (family gathering to celebrate our daughter’s law school graduation). Gabe was very respectful of our privacy, but also responded very quickly on the one or two minor questions I had. This is a great place to stay when visiting Philadelphia. My only regret is that we didn’t find it sooner.

Great place for a quick getaway with friends! Exactly as described and Gabe was very quick to respond to any questions, and accommodating with requests. Parking was a huge plus (although very tight with cars on both sides). Beds were super comfortable and unit was impeccably clean. Rainy weather prevented us from using the cute roof deck and enjoying the view of the river and Ben Franklin bridge —maybe next time! Would recommend one of Gabe’s properties

Stellar accommodations and such wonderful hosts. First of all, this Airbnb is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Really, one of the best we’ve stayed in. Centrally located to all that Philly has to offer as well. Jon and Gabe have perfected the art of hosting an Airbnb. They proactively communicate without overwhelming you with emails and they are genuinely interested in providing you with a nice stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend staying here.

Gabriel's place was perfect! Beautifully designed and decorated with quality furniture and decor. The beds were so comfortable, the place was super clean and perfect for our stay. Gabriel's instructions and communication were excellent! The area is right near the water at Penn's Landing and it has a dedicated parking space which was great! We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location for my families trip to Philly. Kids had a blast and the condo was centrally located to all of the attractions. I would definitely stay at one of Gabriel's places again. Roof top deck was so fun for the kids!
