Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest. It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Huge thanks to the Gabe and Jon for such a clean and comfortable stay! My last Airbnb was honestly super dirty, so I was nervous to stay at an Airbnb again. But this place totally made up for that experience. This was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. It had everything I needed and more, and the private rooftop was such a nice bonus. My husband and I loved having our morning coffee up there and a glass of wine before heading out in the evening. Super cozy, super clean, and exactly what we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

El lugar se adecúa mucho a la descripción, los espacios están bien cuidados y lindos dentro de la casa. La zona si es muy ruidosa porque estás a unos metros del tren y la carretera, adicional a que las casas de enfrente y los lados están completamente pegadas y más paredes son muy delgadas. La entrada no es por la calle principal, tienes que entrar por la parte trasera y esta zona está un poco descuidada y es confusa al llegar. Gabriel y su equipo respondieron muy rápido a mis dudas y estuvieron al pendiente cuando fue necesario, las camas son cómodas.

The house inside was clean and comfortable. The outside was average. The good thing was that it was close to the pier , you could see the water from the rooftop and it had a parking space which is great since parking is a bit of a problem in Philly. It is very loud at night and mornings with traffic and all the loud exhaust.
