Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. IMPORTANT!!! -- We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia, have a Philadelphia based ID, or a Philadelphia Area zip code). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest. It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. HOUSE RULES 1) Primary guest's minimum age should be 25 years old, or older. 2) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected. 3)WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCAL GUESTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF PHILADELPHIA OR HAVE A LOCAL AREA CODE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH PARTIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. The apartment was clean and spacious. Plenty of plates, bowls, cutlery, etc. If planning to cook, some essentials were absent- potholders, mixing bowls, glass pyrex, limited pots/lids. We only cooked a couple of times so we made do. Based on how well-stocked it is in general, I have a feeling the hosts will address this. We could hear the people above us but that is expected in a city. There was a white noise machine provided which helped. We reserved parking ahead of time using Spot Hero. It took us less than 10 min to drive to the lot, drop off the car, and walk back. It was completely hassle-free. I'd recommend this to anyone who isn't planning to use their vehicle and is worried about parking. We have 4 kids ages 3-11 and found it manageable to walk to the Independence Historic area. It took us under 20 min to get there. For farther sites, we used the Phlash bus and that was also easy and less expensive than the metro. Overall this apartment met our needs for our trip to Philly!

This was a well appointed apartment and very clean. The location was very convenient for us! The only down side is that it was very loud in the neighborhood Friday night until 2 or 3am.

Good and nicely decorated apartment. Very kid-friendly! Unfortunately the beds were very synthetic and hard to breathe in. A lot of noise in one of the bedrooms from the highway, and from the apartment above ours - things were shaking from people walking around upstairs. Finally, the area was really not what we had hoped for, and the parking facilities were not good either. We found nearby parking, but there were shattered car windows on the ground, leading me to think car break-ins were frequent there.

Our family of 5 had everything we needed for a quick getaway! The place was spotless and had extra linens, and every gadget needed. The hosts made it very accommodating for families with a few fun activities added. The upstairs neighbors were abnormally noisy in the evenings and didn’t settle every night until almost midnight. The climate control could be a little better in the main bedroom, it ran hot. All in all it was a great time and we would recommend this property to anyone!

This place is a gem! Location is perfect you can drive to most of the city's attractions within 15-20 minutes. The place was clean and came with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Philadelphia. Fully stocked kitchen utensils. Was designed beautifully, you immediately feel welcomed as you walk in. Only downfall is the parking sucked and was a major headache, this area every two hours you have to move your car. Parking Authority is always in the area!! (which wasn't mentioned) All parking garages are kind of far away from the spot so you would have to walk about more than 10 min to 1 garage, others are farther! Plus, the neighbor was being weird snapping photos of our vehicle, because behind the building there's parking, that I thought was for the guests. I was very uncomfortable after that. But besides that, it was a great stay, next time I'll just come on a train.

My family and I love Philly and part of what makes it feel like home, is using Airbnb. Gabriel's house was wonderful. It was easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance from the water. Gabriel was very easy to communicate with and get answers from. Check in was very smooth. The place was clean and spacious. My kids LOVED the little arcade game in the living room. The decor was very tasteful and modern. We would stay here again.
