Our home is equipped with tons of amenities for you and your traveling companions.  We worked hard to make sure you feel right at home in a clean, comfortable, spacious, and relaxing space.  The kitchen will come stocked with:

Access

Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival.  The front door will have a Yale punch code lock.  Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit

Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods.  With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping!  If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City.  Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City.  Please see your welcome guide for locations closest to your stay!

IMPORTANT!!!  -- We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia, have a Philadelphia based ID, or a Philadelphia Area zip code). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest.

It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the Insure My Trip website for insurance options.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. Without this verification we reserve the right to cancel your booking.  You may be required to pay a damage waiver deposit at the time of booking.

1) Primary guest's minimum age should be 25 years old, or older.

2) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected.

3)WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCAL GUESTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF PHILADELPHIA OR HAVE A LOCAL AREA CODE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH PARTIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS.

4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected.

5)Please remove shoes

6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels).

throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances
without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is
required on this property

If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines.

Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property.

7)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.

8)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.

Gabriel was an amazing host. He was very communicative throughout the entire process before, during, and up until my last day. The Airbnb was tidy and beautiful and my family enjoyed their stay. I must add, great location for us as we were there to see family in NJ and having the bridge within a few minutes was very convenient. Also, all the toddler amenities was a HUGE plus. Gabriel is a great host. This was my first time using Airbnb and they made it very simple. The property is gorgeous and super clean. My family loved the place. It's located in a great neighborhood and is fairly close to Market Street. We will definitely use Gabriel again when we plan our next trip. I only wish we could've stayed longer.

Very cute place! We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and well kept - good location and good amenities! I would def stay again Small suggestions It might be nice to get curtains inside the front door as when it's dark outside you can sort of see through the glass pane section of the door.. It wasn't a big issue but we just got a little cautious specially since the unit is right next to the road

Gabriel was a wonderful host and was one of the most responsive hosts I’ve had using Airbnb. Any time I had questions he was quick to answer and was extremely helpful. The place was clean and all our toddler’s needs were met (pack and play, high chair, baby gates, etc.). The only downside was the location as it is a bit off the beaten trail and not necessarily the nicest part of Philadelphia (which I knew going into it) so I highly recommend driving to different parts of the city rather than walking there. There is 2 hour parking on the street where the place is, and if you plan to park overnight I recommend Old City Parkominium which is about a five minute walk. The area, again, is a bit of a dead zone; but you’re not too far of a drive from other parts of the city. For those with young children I also recommend Craft Hall which has great food, good drinks, and an indoor playground area for children.

Really nice little place. Parking is a little questionable but if you have a rental and make sure it is empty . Park it and don’t worry. House is clean and very functional. Very Short walk to Delaware River, and nice walking path. Some near by night life activities are available. We enjoyed our stay.
