Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. HOUSE RULES 1) Primary guest's minimum age should be 25 years old, or older. 2) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected. 3)WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCAL GUESTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF PHILADELPHIA OR HAVE A LOCAL AREA CODE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH PARTIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. The place was very nice inside. Gabriel was very responsive and it was so nice to have a place that could fit our family. We were able to walk the next day to all the destinations we had planned on going to. Really a great find.

This Airbnb was truly beautiful for the price we paid! It looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Gabriel answered super quickly and was very kind! He also sent over a very detailed guidebook. The one thing to note is this Airbnb is sound monitored so if you think you will be on the louder side, might be worth it to check out other places. But, Gabriel was super nice about it and just reminded me to monitor our noise levels, so it was not a problem at all. Definitely would stay at 1 of his listings again!

We made a last minute request to stay which was granted so quickly and excellent instructions sent almost immediately! We traveled with our 3 boys and this unit was perfect for the older 2 to have their own room. Plenty of room to spread out, after a days expedition. The kids loved the arcade game. Decor is fun! Kitchen was well stocked. I didn’t find all of the baby/toddler supplies in the 2nd bed closet until we were checking out. We didn’t need them but I was impressed! I think it’s worth noting there is an exterior door in the 2nd bedroom where the twin beds are located. The room is close enough to the master that we could hear our kids without any concern, should they have needed us. Some parents may be uncomfortable with an exterior door for a younger kiddo. Parking is also off-site. The guide tells you which parking garage to use - we were very happy with the garage. You will get a ticket if you park in the street, just beware.

we were here for just a day. Decent location. We had all the essentials we needed inside. Did not have to go run to the store for basic things. which is always appreciated. Well designed interiors. Very tastefully done. (Minor things) only reason it losses a star is cause the whole house makes a lot of noise. From the doors, to the AC vents and super noisy upstairs neighbors (till midnight). The sink in the bathroom Did not drain well. Did not reach out to the hosts regarding the issues, cause we were there only for an evening, and these are things that cannot be fixed overnight. But overall happy with our stay.

My son loved the arcade game in the living and all around I will stay again here in the future. Thank you for having such great response time at anytime especially after booking.
