Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. IMPORTANT!!! -- We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia, have a Philadelphia based ID, or a Philadelphia Area zip code). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest. It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. HOUSE RULES 1) Primary guest's minimum age should be 25 years old, or older. 2) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected. 3)WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCAL GUESTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF PHILADELPHIA OR HAVE A LOCAL AREA CODE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH PARTIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. First time going to Philly and wow was it beautiful. We had skyline views of the bridge, walking distance to beautiful restaurants and bars. The only thing that sucked was the parking. Gabriel was very proactive and helped us find a parking garage. Overall would def stay here again, and lots of beautiful memories were made. Go Birds !!!

Gabriel's location was amazing, beautifully appointed, and spacious. close to everything minutes from everything. super comfortable and clean, beds are amazing!! even the couch!!! i cant recommend it enough!

A very clean and comfortable place. I have never been in a more well kept location. Location to major tourist sites was ideal. The beds were firm, if you are a soft bed type of person this isn’t for you. Price was okay, more then I would usually pay but the amount of place made it work.

Perfectly located for Old City. We go to Philly often to visit family and this is well located, clean and well stocked. Far better option than a hotel. We will be staying again.

Such great value for money, this little house is beautifully laid out, very well designed and felt so homely. Cheap Ubers into the city to explore then back out of the craziness to relax. Made our time in Boston great having that place to come home to x

Wonderful stay and can't wait to return! Place looks exactly like the pics. Everything was comfortable. Parking wasn't as bad as we anticipated and we found something convenient every time. Spacious and lovely little back sitting area. Responsive hosts. Would definitely recommend.
