Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. IMPORTANT!!! -- We apologize, but due to recent events in the area involving parties, and with having the utmost respect for our neighbors and community, we are no longer able to accept bookings from local guests (those who live within 45 minutes of Philadelphia, have a Philadelphia based ID, or a Philadelphia Area zip code). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest. It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. HOUSE RULES 1) Primary guest's minimum age should be 25 years old, or older. 2) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected. 3)WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCAL GUESTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF PHILADELPHIA OR HAVE A LOCAL AREA CODE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH PARTIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. Gabriel’s place was exactly as described in the listing, and the aesthetics were impressive. However, if it weren't for a few issues, I would have rated it five stars. There was hair throughout the bedding, the sheets appeared worn, and there were stains on the pillows and mattress covers. Honestly, the down comforters, sheets, and mattress coverings should be replaced. The carpet in the living room was littered with crumbs, and the chairs had multiple stains. The cleaning service did not perform a thorough job. Another concern was the bedroom door leading to the patio. The door features decorative glass, which allows visibility into the room. Neither I nor my guests felt it was appropriate to have such a door in a bedroom that opens to the street. I recommend installing a gate door over the main door, adding curtains, and extending the window treatment so that future guests can adequately cover the door. If it weren't for the issues mentioned above, I would have rated it five stars.

Gabe’s place was very clean, very well appointed and Gabe was a great host. The only complaint I had was the road noise was very loud in the back room. It is a city so I did expect noise, but the back room was louder than expected. Otherwise his place is great and he was a great host! We Would stay there again.

Gabriel was responsive and clear with any instructions. This is a beautiful place with decor, furniture, and comfortable beds. Like any city parking can be hard, but it’s nice they have an option of a garage available! Will stay again.
