Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation made by any local guest. It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. HOUSE RULES 1) Primary guest's minimum age should be 25 years old, or older. 2) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$500 fine if detected. 3)WE REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT FOR OUR NEIGHBORS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LOCAL GUESTS (THOSE WHO LIVE WITHIN 45 MINUTES OF PHILADELPHIA OR HAVE A LOCAL AREA CODE, DUE TO ISSUES WITH PARTIES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY CANCEL ANY RESERVATIONS BY LOCAL GUESTS. 4)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $250 fine per person if detected. 5)Please remove shoes 6)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately, and with additional fines. Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. My husband and I traveled with our 4 year old and almost-2 year old. This place was great for families! The hosts provided a pack-n-play and kid utensils, among many other items we didn’t have to use (for example, I noticed a baby bath tub and baby gate). The hosts were super responsive and provided clear instructions. They were kind enough to allow an early check-in so our toddler could nap at the Airbnb. They also provided bottled waters and cookies, which was a thoughtful welcome gesture. The location was very convenient and walkable to the popular attractions/subway station. We had a great stay!

Great spot right in Old City! The condo is modern, clean, and accessible. There are also lots of amenities provided and Gabriel was very responsive with any questions and recommendations. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Philly!

Gabriel is a fantastic super host! He made us feel right at home and his response time to any of our questions were extremely quick. Our stay was just as described. The home was very clean and neat. We traveled with our 1 yr old and having all the amenities we needed were such a stress reliever! I would absolutely visit again. Thank you Gabe & Jon!

This location was perfectly situated in old city and nearby the pier. The apartment is newly renovated and whoever was in charge of interior design should get a raise. This was a great location for my family, which includes those under 6 years old. The apartment was spacious, the furniture small space thoughtful (including color forward), and it feels clear a woman was involved with thinking through the types of comprehensive amenities in the home . Moreover the management company was incredibly responsive, creative and gracious when we needed to connect in real time.

Great price and space. The host was very easy to communicate with about anything and was very kind. We were even given a guide with local recommendations for places to visit/eat which was a nice touch. Also, you can't go wrong with a Dave and Busters across the street.
