FIRST FLOOR •When you walk into our home, you will be welcomed 9 ft ceilings and great window space engulfed with natural light! •Living room area with beautiful hardwood flooring, plantation shutters & stylish decor. •Comfortable & modern seating area with Smart TV entertainment. (You will need to sign in with your own credentials for Netflix, Hulu, etc) •Dining area flanked with a rounded wooden table top and brass flute accented bottom. •Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gold hardware, chevron backsplash, floating shelves, top shelf kitchen gadgets and quartz counter tops. •Conveniently located powder room with European styled wallpaper. HOUSE RULES 1) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$250 fine if detected. 2)We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident. 3)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person if detected. 4)Please remove shoes 5)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property. 6)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 7)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. 8)Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. Nice residence. Easy to walk to certain points of interests. Some good eatery places nearby, but not a lot. Clean residence with plenty of space. Parking was a little tight for an xl suv.

Great fairly large space in a walkable area to other parts of the city. Clean space, plenty of kitchenware available to make a decent meal if you’re trying to avoid eating out for every meal even if many of the restaurants in Philly are great. If you have young kids, you could easily make it to Fairmount park passing only through residential area or well lit restaurants. As expected with Philly, not every townhome on the same block as this property is maintained as well as this one, but that doesn’t mean it’s unsafe. We would stay again!

Laurie's place is in a great location, closed to the museum and other attractions. Furniture is as described in the picture, not super new but in good condition. Cleanliness is OK but I did see some used paper tissue behind the sofa in the 3rd floor sofa area . The parking spot is big plus. Overall a good stay.

This was our second stay at Laurie's. It is a perfect choice if you want to explore the Art Museum area of Philly. Everything is in walking distance and if you have a car, there is a private parking space right behind the house, which is a huge amenity for Philly. Laurie is quick to respond to any of your concerns and the home is comfortable and has a wonderful roof deck. This is a great place to stay. Thanks Laurie
