FIRST FLOOR •When you walk into our home, you will be welcomed 9 ft ceilings and great window space engulfed with natural light! •Living room area with beautiful hardwood flooring, plantation shutters & stylish decor. •Comfortable & modern seating area with Smart TV entertainment. (You will need to sign in with your own credentials for Netflix, Hulu, etc) •Dining area flanked with a rounded wooden table top and brass flute accented bottom. •Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gold hardware, chevron backsplash, floating shelves, top shelf kitchen gadgets and quartz counter tops. •Conveniently located powder room with European styled wallpaper. HOUSE RULES 1) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$250 fine if detected. 2)We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident. 3)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person if detected. 4)Please remove shoes 5)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property. 6)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 7)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. 8)Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. Loved this place! It’s decorated very stylish and is also really comfortable to hang in. Bed were comfy, tv worked with no problems, all the amenities were great. The house is really close to a couple great coffee shops and a burger spot that we loved. Laurie was really communicative and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

The place itself was great. We had a major issue with the listing not being wholly accurate (they’ve since corrected the listing). However, be warned that the host is not always the person you will be communicating with. One guy we had to deal with on the phone, on behalf of the host, was incredibly rude and dismissive.

Our stay at Laurie’s was wonderful. Check in went seamlessly and we were able to check in early. Door dash delivery was easy and fast. Laurie had wonderful accommodations for our 9 month old baby. We were visiting CHOP which was about 20-30 min drive with traffic. Our flights got messed up & she was able to accommodate us staying another day. Highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and very spacious. Very clean and kitchen was well stocked with necessities. The parking was horrific! Definitely can not have a truck or mid- size SUV. We would have brought our cars if we had known this. I also loved the roof to view. even with some snow or was a beautiful site.

Chose this home over others based on price, reviews and proximity to CHOP, dedicated parking was a huge bonus. Parking space is tight but manageable with a smaller vehicle. Being 6 months pregnant with a toddler proved to be a challenge here with the 3 levels of the home. The multiple levels and tight parking appears to be typical of the city itself. If you are traveling with additional guests (as we planned to do) the extra floors do provide separate and private spaces for those guests. Laundry was a bonus for our extended stay. Overall, not super child friendly. We had to rearrange things and remove items to prevent my toddler from hurting himself or breaking something. We found the 1st floor to be quite cold whereas the 2nd floor was hot. As others have mentioned, the bathtubs could use a mat and we did also experience freezing pipes in the extreme cold. Entry to the home was a breeze, the neighborhood felt safe and host was responsive when we reached out.
