FIRST FLOOR •When you walk into our home, you will be welcomed 9 ft ceilings and great window space engulfed with natural light! •Living room area with beautiful hardwood flooring, plantation shutters & stylish decor. •Comfortable & modern seating area with Smart TV entertainment. (You will need to sign in with your own credentials for Netflix, Hulu, etc) •Dining area flanked with a rounded wooden table top and brass flute accented bottom. •Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gold hardware, chevron backsplash, floating shelves, top shelf kitchen gadgets and quartz counter tops. •Conveniently located powder room with European styled wallpaper. HOUSE RULES 1) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$250 fine if detected. 2)We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident. 3)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person if detected. 4)Please remove shoes 5)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property. 6)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 7)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. 8)Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. Laurie was an excellent host with a beautifully updated home. She was very informative and while everything was better than expected, she still made sure to check in on us during our stay. We are a family of 5 and it suited our needs perfectly. I wish we could have hung out at the house more because of it’s great layout but we did get to the rooftop to enjoy the views. The private parking spot was what sold us and we would love to come back someday. Highly recommend this home!

A beautifully curated home in a family friendly neighborhood. The parking was a bonus, especially if you like to walk around all day. Spotless from top to bottom, deluxe bathrooms, comfortable, clean furnishings and simply a joyful space to be in while in the city of brotherly love. Laurie and her team were communicative, cordial and helpful. We had a fabulous stay and loved the view from the rooftop. Additionally, we forgot some eye glasses and were able to connect with host and team with ease to obtain before leaving town.Book your stay, it won’t disappoint.

A group of three friends and I stayed here for a reunion weekend. The house is cute and comfortable, and we had a great time. Beds are comfortable, and water pressure in showers was great. The location is good, and the parking space out back is even better, as parking on the street would have been tough. There were a few things that need to be fixed, like the shower door, but Laurie was very responsive and I believe these things will be fixed. The basement could use some updating, but otherwise the space is great and the view from the rooftop is beautiful!
