FIRST FLOOR •When you walk into our home, you will be welcomed 9 ft ceilings and great window space engulfed with natural light! •Living room area with beautiful hardwood flooring, plantation shutters & stylish decor. •Comfortable & modern seating area with Smart TV entertainment. (You will need to sign in with your own credentials for Netflix, Hulu, etc) •Dining area flanked with a rounded wooden table top and brass flute accented bottom. •Kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gold hardware, chevron backsplash, floating shelves, top shelf kitchen gadgets and quartz counter tops. •Conveniently located powder room with European styled wallpaper. HOUSE RULES 1) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$250 fine if detected. 2)We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident. 3)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person if detected. 4)Please remove shoes 5)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property. 6)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 7)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. 8)Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. This is probably one of the cleanest and most beautiful air bnb I have ever stayed at. Laurie was communicative whenever a questioned arose. The view from the roof deck was beautiful and a lovely way to start the morning or end the evening.

Beautiful home! The driveway a plus! Especially coming home later on at night. The rooftop was amazing! The only thing is probably the master bedroom shower needs a mat inside the tub, it was extremely slippery while showering. We had a lovely experience and I want to say thank you so much! No issues with getting into the place, no issues with the air conditioning, since it was super hot the days we stayed. Overall very good stay! 😊

We stayed at Laurie’s place for a few days before dropping our daughter off at Temple U. This is definitely one of the coolest airbnbs we’ve stayed in. There is tons of room, it’s really clean and super hip; we all totally enjoyed it. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and walkable to everything (but we love to walk & the couple times we Uber’d it was super easy. The kitchen is amazing, and highlights for us were the roof deck and parking spot. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
