FIRST FLOOR •When you walk into our home, you will be welcomed 9 ft ceilings and great window space engulfed with natural light! •Living room area with beautiful hardwood flooring, plantation shutters & stylish decor. •Comfortable & modern seating area with Smart TV entertainment. HOUSE RULES 1) No smoking inside the house of any kind. -$250 fine if detected. 2)We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local resident. 3)No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person if detected. 4)Please remove shoes 5)Quiet hours from 9pm to 8am(50 decibels). i) We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property If our exterior ring cameras and/or noise monitors alert us that more than the stated number of guests are on premises or a noise disturbance has occurred, we reserve the right to cancel any existing reservation immediately Additionally: Tampering with Security Devices - Any attempt to block, disable, or interfere with our exterior cameras or noise monitoring devices will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and security of all guests and the property. 6)You must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. 7)We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Very nice place to stay with kids, plenty room for big family, House has everything what you need, has private parking that is excellent if you have the car, because parking around that area always busy. Thank you Laurie for good service!

Laurie's place looked exactly like the photos. You know how some listings make the place look bigger by using wide angle lens and the place is not that big? Not so with this listing, it is truly as large as the photos. All the appliances are brand new and the bathrooms are large with nice fixtures and tubs. Little details are nice - soap dispensers all full; tissue boxes in all rooms, etc. The parking spot was fantastic to have. The rooftop deck has a great view of the city and the air bnb is close to the eastern state penitentiary (historic site) and the Philadelphia Art Museum. Philadelphia got hit with a huge rainstorm while we were there and there was a leak in the unit. Laurie had a handyman out almost immediately and cleaners the next day to address wet floor. It could have been an issue, and it was not due to quick response. Thank you! Great stay would stay there again. Oh, and the app that they send you with check in and check out instructions has great tips.

This is an excellent airbnb to stay at whether as a couple or a family! Plenty of space to spread out and relax together. Incredible kitchen, rooftop deck, and the greatest soaking tub in the primary suite. Laurie is a great host and we would be hapoy to stay again!
